What do you do to remind your client that you exist? I email my 500+ contact database a monthly newsletter, I send eCards on holidays, I mail postcards to everyone twice a year, I call my past clients twice a year, and I send a Xmas card. What do you do to make sure your client remembers you and increase referrals?
