Multiple Offers

We need a seperate multiple offer disclosure form. I refuse to believe that the 9 out of 10 times I submit an offer that we are in multiple offers. I’m sure that many times we are, but sometimes I do not think the listing agent is being 100% honest.

Opinionated? Do we need a multiple offer disclosure for the benefit of home buyers?
