Labor Day Recipe

Labor Day Layered Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
  • 10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, place the chopped lettuce and top with a layer of onion, peas, shredded cheese, and bacon.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over salad and refrigerate 4 hours or until chilled.
  3. Enjoy the recipe! Happy Labor Day!

Ohio July Market Report

The market is moving despite the end of the home buyer tax credit! MORE homes sold in July 2010 than in June 2010. The July Market Report in Ohio for single family, residential homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties in and around Wright Patterson Air Force Base shows some changes. The average days on market in July 2010 was 92, which is 15 days slower than the Real Living Realty average days on market (77 days). See the perfect home?
