Employing a Realtor provides maximum exposure to the largest quantity of capable buyers for the home listing. The law of supply and demand dictates that the more ready, willing, and able home buyers in supply means the ability to demand a higher home selling price.

  • The absolute number one tip in getting the highest price possible in selling a home is this: make sure there is full Multiple Listing Service (MLS) coverage.
  • Don’t consider any offers until the home is on the MLS.
  • REALTOR = home on MLS = most Realtors = most buyers = most money.

There is a saying in real estate. The first offer is usually the best one. This is only true if everyone knows the home is for sale. Ultimately, the MLS will make a difference on the home selling price bottom line.
